1. Soak feet in warm water to soften the toenail.
2. Gently slide angled end under ingrown toenail to lift.
3. Slide file side under lifted area and slowly pull file in and out to thin the under-surface of the nail.
4. Repeat until nail shape is back to normal and you feel relief.
5. Disinfect tool and toenail with alcohol.
